first of all paid for one shipping method they gave me a longer one the trike came all bent gauged missing parts no directions no replays to my concerns do not trust this company lies and misleading DONT DO IT verry poor protective actions were taken in preping for shipping were taken I was shorted a battery charger and outgoing power plug no directions for setting parameters on display I requested a manual for operation was told it was sent wasn't inside or bottoms of fenders no paint at all bare metal big gouge out of alum, rim I sent detailed pics, was told not clear enough parts missing never sent rear axle not useable butt not company's fault shipping did it but still I had to pay 329.00 for replacement that didn't match all I got from company for compensation was 50.00 DONT DO IT FIND A ANOTHER COMPANY they are many of them out there RON M Whitehall NY USA
